TÜBA-TEKNOFEST Doctoral Science Awards
Among the priority areas of TEKNOFEST, the world's largest space, aviation and technology event, in which TÜBA is a stakeholder in 2019 and 2020;
1- Technology and Design (Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Autonomous Systems, Robotics and Mechatronic Systems, Modeling and Simulation Technologies, Energy, Hybrid and Electric Vehicle Technologies, Technologies for Air, Space and Unmanned Underwater Systems),
2- Information and Communication Technologies (including Cyber Security and Cryptology),
3- In the fields of Education, Health, Agriculture and Ecology Technologies and Biotechnology, as well as;
4- In the field of Social Sciences, including International Relations, Development Policies, Educational Approaches, and Security Policies of the National Technology Initiative, "TÜBA-TEKNOFEST Doctoral Science Award" has been established in order to reward the doctoral dissertations produced in our country.
The authors of YÖK doctoral dissertations containing the topics related to the thematic program announced by TÜBA every year for TEKNOFEST competition areas can apply for this award individually. Applications will be received online at t3kys.com. In addition, applications can be made by the candidates themselves, or suggestions can be made by TÜBA Members and YÖK, TÜBİTAK, TÜSEB and University Rectorates.
Within the scope of the award, doctoral theses on the subjects listed among the priority areas of TEKNOFEST will be evaluated by scientific evaluation processes and the first thesis author will be awarded 50,000, the second 40,000 and the third 30,000 Turkish Liras.
Candidates can apply with the application form, application justification, Turkish curriculum vitae, national and international scientific activities, full copy of the thesis, YÖKSİS registration information of the thesis and the list of publications resulting from the thesis, as well as the purpose of the thesis, scientific ethics permission, the method of the thesis, the stakeholders of the thesis, the institute where the thesis is carried out (certification that the thesis was worked and carried out in institutions in Türkiye).
