The Agreement and Implementation Protocol between the Turkish Academy of Sciences and the Austrian Academy of Sciences was signed by Prof. Dr. Ayhan Çavdar, the President of the Turkish Academy of Sciences and Prof. Dr. Werner Welzig, the President of the Austrian Academy of Sciences in Ankara on November 27, 1997.
Hungarian Academy of Sciences (Magyar Tudományos Akadémia)

Israel Academy of Sciences and Humanities(הימדקאה תימואלה תילארשיה םיעדמל)
Upon reaching an agreement through correspondence on the draft texts of the Agreement and Implementation Protocol prepared by TÜBA to be signed between the Turkish Academy of Sciences and the Israel Academy of Sciences and Humanities, Prof. Dr. Jacob Ziv, President, and Dr. Meir Zadok, Director-General of the Israel Academy of Sciences and Humanities, visited Türkiye as guests of the Turkish Academy of Sciences from April 7th to April 10th, 2002. The signing ceremony took place on April 8th, 2002.

The draft texts of the Agreement and Implementation Protocol prepared by the Turkish Academy of Sciences for signing between the Turkish Academy of Sciences and the Korean Academy of Science and Technology (KAST) were handed over to Prof. Dr. Mu Shik Jhon, the former President of KAST and the current President of AASSA (Association of Academies and Societies of Sciences in Asia), by Prof. Dr. Namık Aras during the AASSA General Assembly meeting held in Jerusalem on October 15-16, 2002, for examination. It was signed on March 11, 2003, by Prof. Dr. In Kyu Han, President of KAST, and Prof. Dr. Engin Bermek.
Bulgarian Academy of Sciences (Българска Академия На науките)
The Agreement between the Turkish Academy of Sciences and the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences entered into force with the Pre-Protocol signed in Gebze on November 26, 1997, by Prof. Dr. İzzet Berkel, Vice President on behalf of the the President of the Turkish Academy of Sciences and Prof. Dr. Choudomir Nachev, the President of the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences.
